When you try to log in, please make sure that you’re using the email address you signed up with and enter your password correctly (i.e. use upper and lower cases correctly).
You will have six (6) months’ access to the course from the day you enrol so please check the date you signed up before contacting us. After six months you won’t be able to log in anymore and view the course content.
Our online courses are delivered as self-paced learning. Once you have successfully completed the registration process you will have access to all relevant materials 24 hours a day. The standard duration for your enrolment is six (6) months unless otherwise specified.
For all our online courses in Moodle, certificates will be delivered automatically via email.
We consider your information to be confidential, and make every effort to keep it safe and secure. We do not divulge or sell your information to any third party.
When you sign up, we request some data to use as security questions, so that we can verify your identity if you get in touch. Other data is used internally to help us understand our audience, so that we can better serve your needs.
In the event that your organisation arranges for your training access, we may provide them with progress reports, so they can support you in you undertaking the training. We only share the basics - your name, your email address, and your progress through the training.
