This 90-minute online course provides a foundation for creating trauma-friendly workplaces. It touches on ways that trauma affects mental health and wellbeing, offers some practical strategies for supporting service users impacted by trauma, and suggests steps for developing policies and procedures that foster a safe and supportive environment. The course also includes simple self-care techniques to help you manage your own wellbeing.
