About this course
Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT) is a highly effective, evidence-based treatment for Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), helping individuals process trauma through structured exposure and emotional processing.
This two-part course series provides practitioners with the knowledge and skills to apply TF-CBT in clinical practice. Part One, an 8-hour online course, introduces the key components of TF-CBT, including psychoeducation, engagement and stabilisation, management of comorbidities, exposure therapy, and relapse prevention. Part Two builds on this foundation with in-depth instruction in imaginal and in-vivo exposure therapy and trauma-focused cognitive therapy.
Practitioners can enrol in one or both parts of the series based on their learning needs.
