About this course
Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT) is an evidence-based treatment for Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) that helps individuals process trauma through structured exposure and emotional processing of traumatic memories.
Part Two of the TF-CBT series is an 8-hour online course that provides in-depth instruction in key exposure-based techniques used in PTSD treatment. Building on the foundational concepts covered in Part One, this course focuses on imaginal exposure therapy, in-vivo exposure therapy, and trauma-focused cognitive therapy. Through detailed guidance, demonstration videos and activities that support practical application, practitioners will develop the skills needed to support clients in processing traumatic memories and reducing PTSD symptoms.
Practitioners can enrol in one or both parts of the series based on their individual learning needs.
