About this course

This 60-minute online course will help you recognise the impacts of challenging events on your mental health and wellbeing. You'll also learn about practical things you can do to look after yourself, and most importantly, you'll develop your own self-care plan.

- Define stress and trauma, and recognise the ways they impact mental health and wellbeing
- Identify the characteristics of resilient individuals and groups
- Select health and wellbeing strategies that build and maintain resilience, and
- Create a personalised self-care plan.
