In this 90-minute online course, we'll discuss stress and trauma at work - what causes them, how they impact mental health and wellbeing, and how workers, supervisors and employers can work together to help create a mentally healthy workplace. We also cover new Work Health and Safety legislation that requires employers to minimise psychosocial hazards and risks in the workplace.

- Recognise the difference between stress and trauma, and describe how they can affect your mental health.
- Classify stress and trauma as psychosocial hazards, and
- Select strategies, appropriate to your role, that you can use to support the development of a mentally healthy workplace.
